Serve as a catalyst for the healthy development of youth in rural communities

regarding positive youth development
- Community alignment around youth development through research, information,
and promising/best practices
- Sustainable positive youth development through the alignment of underlying
leadership values and the business case to leverage behavior change
in the community

behaviors, deficits, thriving indicators
- Promotes community-wide sector involvement (i.e. schools, family,
government agencies, faith based, youth programs)
