Welcome to the MACYAP website! This is a place you can visit to learn about what is going on for youth in Marquette and Alger counties. What can you find here? Information about: Youth organizations The MACYAP website is part of the Youth Action Plan for Marquette and Alger Counties. This is a plan to improve the youth environment so youth can build more positive assets in their lives. One important asset is being involved in positive youth programs and spending out-of-school time in positive, developmental activities. The website is sponsored by the Great Lakes Center for Youth Development, formerly known as the Marquette-Alger Youth Foundation/the Kellogg Youth Initiative Partnerships. We hope both youth and parents will use this site to learn about what is going on, what there is to do, and who to contact for more information.
