keynote speaker this year is Ouida Cash, CEO of Starfish Family Services

in Inkster, Michigan. Ouida does not shrink from the changes those of
us in nonprofits are being asked to undertake. As keynote speaker at
the 2nd Annual U.P. Nonprofit Conference, she will engage nonprofit
leaders, staff, volunteers and board members in exploring how to leverage
change as a way to improve our organizations and the communities in
which we work and live. Ouida brings valuable insights from her own
experiences with leading a highly successful nonprofit. Participants
will take home ready-to-use tools to help them optimize the operation
of their own organizations.
