REGISTRATION NOTES:

  • Register before August 11 to be entered into a drawing for four tickets to the August 30 Detroit Tiger game
  • Register by September 12 and take advantage of the "early bird" rate
  • Registration fees are nonrefundable: you may designate an alternate registrant if necessary
  • A pre-conference reception will be held on Thursday, October 16 at the Upper Peninsula Children's Museum, 123 W. Baraga Ave., Marquette. It is open to all participants and is included in the registration fee. Please indicate whether you plan to attend.

NOTE: Multiple attendees may be listed below and will be charged to the same credit card. The contact person need not be one of the attendees, but please include all attendees in the first section below. An asterisk denotes required fields.
