  • Learning opportunities
  • Networking opportunities
  • Sharing inspirations

Registration for all sessions is now open on the U.P. Nonprofit Conference — Recalibrated website!

Registration is free. This wouldn’t be possible without the support from our sponsors – First Bank, Portage Health Foundation and Superior Health Foundation. If you’re interested in sponsoring, download the sponsorship packet to learn about the opportunities.

What does it mean to serve on a nonprofit board? This webinar will review the legal obligations of board service, board structures and roles, board and staff interaction and tips for being a good board member. Presented by Grow & Lead staff member Victoria Leonhardt, CNP, this session will be interactive and will look at boards from the perspective of both serving on and working with a board of directors for a nonprofit in the state of Michigan.

This session draws on content from both our Board 101 and Board 102 curriculum.
